Return Policy

You can return your purchased items within seven days upon receipt, but please make sure they are in the original packages and have no damages.

Please follow the steps below to return.

• Contact us with your order ID and reason for return.
• After getting shipping information for return from us, process the return and send us the tracking number as well as the shipping receipt which shows the exact cost.
• You will be notified once we receive and have your return checked.
• Refund (purchasing price + return shipping cost) will be issued within two weeks after we confirm your return is okay.

 

Warranty Policy

We take care of clear quality issues upon receipt.

Other than that, within one year upon receipt, we take care of any problem about the height adjusting function, but we do not cover other problems.

If you are an influencer and would like to promote our products, please read the following, and if you stay interested, send us a message via the "Contact Us" section.

We do not give free samples, because we once did and the result was that for most of the time we did not get our money back if you know what we mean.

Consequently, here are our steps of collaborating:

• We sell you a sample at a decently discounted price.
• You make shoppable contents or live stream with the sample.
• For any sales driven by you to our website, you get a royalty.
